Short Stories

I began to have an interest in writing short stories while I was in Kuwait, before the liberation of Iraq took place. A person in that sort of situation can find themselves with a lot of time on their hands and being able to escape into the imagination can help ease the tension. Sadly, I didn’t get too far, because the liberation began a few weeks after I started sketching out character and land concepts.

After I got out of the military and started working in the independent game development arena I began to find myself wanting to write again. I am not perfect at editing, but as a writer once told me, “Finding good people to edit papers is easy, but finding good people to write a well written story is not.”
